1. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are shipped 2-3 days after placing the order. Once the items are shipped you will receive an email confirmation.

International orders typically arrive within 1-2 weeks of being shipped.

UK orders typically arrive within 1-2 business days.

• SHIPPING FOR ORDERS - CLOTHES INCLUDED

Orders are shipped 1-2 weeks after placing the order. This means I have up to 14 business days to make and prepare the package of your orders to be shipped. Once the items are shipped you will receive an email confirmation.

International orders typically arrive within 1-2 weeks of being shipped.

UK orders typically arrive within 1-2 business days.

• DIGITAL PRODUCTS

You will receive them instantly to your email address after your order being completed and paid in full.

2. All my clothing are made to order.

This means I don’t start making them, or even ordering the blanks, until after the order has been placed.

3. What is your return/exchange policy?

Unfortunately, all sales are FINAL. Returns/exchanges are NOT accepted at this time. If you have received a defective item, please message me with photos of the defect on Instagram ( @angelakalokairinou ) or my email: angelakalokairinou@gmail.com and I'll try my best to help you.
